Smoking Cessation and Well-woman Visit

A patient came in for her annual well-woman visit and the provider also performed smoking cessation and started the patient on Chantix. My question is, would you appened a modifier 25 to the preventative visit or the smoking cessation code or is the smoking cessation considered inclusive of the well-woman exam?
