Does anyone know if you can bill smoking cessation done in a group setting?
 
Smoking Cessation in Group Setting

I wonder if "group setting" = counseling? I sort of like code Z71.6 (Tobacco abuse counseling), but this code also includes a note "Use additional code for nicotine dependence (F17.-). Because it's cessation of smoking, and we don't have a dx, my gut says we can't bill for this.
