Parents just shouldn't smoke around their kids, not to offend anyone's preference :O)
I used to and one of my kids got sick with pneumonia. If it was the smoke or the open window while driving I'll never know. All I know, it was enough for me to quit. 11 years smoke freeeee.
Anyhow, no, there is no code for counseling the parent on smoking cessation on their child's visit.
