Wiki smoking sensation during post op visit

If a patient comes in for their Po visit and they are still in the global period. Can the doctor bill 99406 or 99407 for smoking sensation, if he does provide & documents the counseling on smoking senation. I am not sure and can't find anything to support yes or no..

Any one have any idea :confused:
