I am new to coding for SNF. An example of a dx is s/p L hip Fx with surgical repair. Pain control. Or S/P L TKA. Pain control. I am really lost at to what codes to use. Do I use aftercare codes? I have read all the ICD-9 guidelines and just need some guidance please! :) Thank you in advance!
