My provider admits to the SNF, but before she sees the patient to do an H&P, maybe a day or two later, the SNF nurse calls her for orders the day the patient is admitted. Is there a CPT code for the phone call from the nurse for orders prior to the doctor seeing the patient, or is it bundled with the admit code?
