If a cardiologist visits a patient in an SNF, would he use the SNF codes 93307-93310 or the inpt 99231-99233 with SNF as the place of service?

Thanks..I don't do a lot of E/M coding

99231-99233 are reserved for inpatient hospital only. I would use the SNF established care codes 99307-99310 for POS 31 or 32.
