Can someone explain what is SOC billing and how do you go about billing It?

The only "SOC" I know of is "Share of Cost" for Medicaid. Is that what you are asking? If so, when you bill Medicaid, and they indicate there is a share of cost, you bill that to the patient.
In my state, even if you are not a Medicaid provider, you can still bill the patient for share of cost.
