We are going to be doing a soft tissue interpositional arthroplasty-RD1/carpometacarpal joint. There will be no prosthesis. He is going to be doing a grafting technique where he extends the incision down into the wrist to obtain the graft, so no separate incision will be made. Any ideas I am going nuts. I want to use 25447, but I think that is with the use of a stem and he is not going to be using one. Thanks for the help.
