if I have an infusions vancomycin 1928-2031, solumderal 2015-2115 and rocephin 2035-2121 would this be concurrent infusions? so code 96365 and 96368 or do the infusions of the meds have to start at the same time exampl 1928-2031 for all three meds?..thank you alice
