I am looking for some feedback to see if 77003 and 62319 are the correct codes to use for SP Morphine Pump Check Panel. The patient is quadriplegic and has a Baclofen pump with increasing ab pain. Here is the doctors dictation:
The skin over the pump is cleansed with betadine and anesthetized w/lidocaine. A 24g noncoring needle is advanced into the sidearm port of the Baclofen pump w/hand injection of contrast and multiple DSA images obtained demonstrating normal connection of the pump tubing and flow of contrast into the intrathecal space. The needle was flushed w/saline and the needle removed.
Impression: Normal functioning pump w/out evidence for discontinuity.

Any advice is greatly appreciated,
Rob
