Wiki Span dates on feeding kits

I work at a DME facility with a lot of trach/enteral/ostomy supply patients. Many of our items bill out fine. Except B4035 (pump fed supply kits). Many of the manuals I have read online (love the net) suggest that span dates are necessary. I have had several claims not even push through the clearinghouse or erl because of that and some that HAVE gone through in spite of it.
