I have purchased the ent practicum which states the order for the following 31276 sinusotomy, then 30520 septoplasty, . According the RVU's the septo would be first, this is also the order of which the AAOHNS teaches as well. For testing which should I use? Is the practicum correct? Also the Laryngectomy with RND, the practicum states the use 31365 and 38724-59. AAOHNS and Zupko states 31360 and 38724-59,38724-50-59 HELP!!!! :confused:
