Hello,
For outpatient Pediatric, when billing 92523 GN with 92555 GN. We are getting denied claims for 92555 GN saying inconsistent modifier or modifier missing, invalid combination of HCPS modifier. Should we be adding 59 modifiers on it or could 92555 be bundle with 92523 and we shouldn't even bill it.
