Our office recently hired a speech pathologist. She "heard" somewhere that she is supposed to send an update of care every 60 days to Medicare on any of her speech path patients but doesn't know who to send it to or if this is even true...since I don't do clinical/authorizations etc I don't know either...does anyone know? Noridian is our Medicare payor.
