I am auditing a rehabilitation billing claim for speech therapy and the provider billed out 92507 with 4 units attached. Can this be billed more than one time in a session? I am under the impression this is a service-based code and it doesn't matter how long it takes, it can only be billed once a session and not in quantities or units.
