Hi everyone, I'm a bit lost on where to find a cpt code for this procedure. My provider was called in as an assist during another surgery. They found that the spermatic cord was adhered to the scar and mesh. They dissected it free from both and then my surgeon left.

55520 is the only code I have found that is similar. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
