sphincteroplasty of the bile duct

Can someone help that has billed a sphincteroplasty of the bile duct? The Dr did a sphincterotomy and used a 12 mm CRE balloon dilitation to perform sphincteroplasty. Not sure if I can bill 47460 if he did not actually suture the sphincteroplasty? I have never billed anything like this and the code is found under the INCISION heading. :confused:
