Wiki Spinal arthrodesis vs instrumentation

We did a spinal surgery on a cancer patient. We put instrumentation in and removed the tumor. The doctor also dictates that he did an arthrodesis but there is no mention of a bone graft. What do you think - is this an arthrodesis?
