I need help coding the below op note. I am thinking 63650 charged once becuase in the description is specifies 4 or more. So T8-9 and C2-3 bilaterally are exactly 4...I need to know everyone else's thoughts on this.

Trial Placement of Four Percutaneous Spinal Neurostimulator Electrode(s) with Capture of T8-9 , and C2-3
Bilaterally.
