I would really appreciate some assistance with a question that has come up recently. Regarding spinal tethering, I know we have the coding clinic from 2022 that indicates to use the XKU table and the device value 6 for posterior vertebral tether. My question is when would we use the code 0RU60JZ Supplement Thoracic Vertebral Joint with Synthetic Substitute, Open Approach? Thanks in advance!
