Have not previously coded using the Varilift System
Need Assistance with Line 3-6
1) Partial Resection of L5 Vertebral body by removal of Bone from Superior Articular process
2) Transforaminal Microdiscectomy @ L4/5
3) Anterior discectomy with preparation of the endplates and removal of disc tissue and endplate sparing decortication technique
4) Insertion of the VariLift Interbody fusion system at the surgical level over a nitional guide wire across the midline in both the anterior posterior lateral projection
5) Expansion of the VariLift Interbody Fusion system to maximum lordosis and anterior intervertebral height
6) Locking of the Varilift Interbody Fusion system with endcap
