Good Morning,

I am trying to determine if there is code for the destruction of a facet joint done by laser vs chemodenervation. The codes that are billed are 64636 (lumbar or sacral, each additional facet joint) and 64635 (lumbar or sacral, single facet joint). Is this correct coding?

Any help you can provide would be most appreciated. Thank you!
