:confused:The surgeon placed two #7 Spiration endobronchial valves in the right middle lobe. The patient has a bronchopleural fistula. According to Spiration's website this device is investigational and not FDA approved for treatment of asthma; however the surgeon says it is for fistulas. Anyone heard of this and know what code to use?
