Good morning,

We are a telehealth practice who provides spirometry devices to our patients. We haven't been billing previously for the PFT test 94010 but my providers are wanting to. What I have found is this test is not a covered telehealth test. I have read that others bill with POS 11. Is there any documentation or does anyone have any guidance on this matter? The articles I'm finding are very outdated. We want to make sure we're compliant before moving forward. Our patients mostly consent of Medicare age patients.
