For the shared exams: The PA has been dictating to insert the shared exam text allowing the MD to edit. However if you need both the PA and MD sig's this will not work because they can not do double esign's on a note. Is it permissable for the MD to edit the PA's dictation, esign that, and have the PA manually sign the note?
