634 vs 637 /// This is in the ED so you may not see this. Docs are just documenting Abortion at 9 weeks or 10 weeks or whatever... but they do not state 'spontaneous'. It appears it is spontaneous but they don't state it. Do you use the 637 in this case? Or if you can tell it occurred without any instrumentation or chemical intervention do you use 634 for spontaneous? I am curious how others are looking at this. :)
