Has anyone coded the "square procedure" before? and do you have any literature on billing for this procedure? This is a special procedure for melanoma. The physician excises strips of tissue around the actual lesion to identify margins. This is the first I have seen this and I'm just hoping to see if anyone can share any information on this.
