Stacking Integra

My surgeon is stacking Integra on a hand wound and I need advice on coding. She is using flowable Integra at the bone then appyling a sheet of Integra between the tendons. I know that skin substitutes are coded based on type and area so if Integra is applied to the hand of an adult the code is 15175. I am thinking along the lines of adding modifier 22 as this will get her more reimbursement for a complex/unusual procedure. I don't believe there is any other way to code this unusual case other than the above. Are there any other suggestions?
