Can stains be considered from grossing information/grossing comment, If not mentioned in the final impression, Below is the reference,

Specimen - Sigmoid Colon
Final Diagnosis - Hyperplastic polyp.
Grossing Information: Received in Formalin is a specimen measuring 04x03x02mm, color is tan, shape is Irregular, and submitted in 1 block, 1 piece. Grossing Comments: TRICHROME performed. PAS stain performed. CD3 performed. GRAM performed
