Hi all

Here is a new one: if a physicain uses a stamp that says ">than 50% CCC" and signs next it, would you think this is acceptable? There are information on signature stamp but I can not find one on this one. Any help please

How much effort does it take to write ">50% CCC"? You're telling me the doctor is using this so often that s/he feels s/he needs a stamp?

On the other hand ... with EMR ... you could have a macro that would insert this phrase with just a click.

This doesn't "feel" right ... I would need more information.
