I am trying to obtain the CMS medians (average numerical score) and standard deviations (+/- 1 SD, +/-1.5 SD, +/- 2 SD) for the following codes:
E/M codes (99201 -99205, 99211 – 99215), Bx codes old (11100/11101) and new (11102-11107), and Mohs codes.
This is for a dermatology practice. Does anyone know how to find this on the CMS website? I have searched with no luck.

I am looking for the frequency of performance compared to other dermatologist. I know there is a standard deviation for OV (bell curve) on the AAPC website, but it says "an example would be within 10". I am looking for a documented number to compare to.
