Wiki Staple removal Kit

The Doctor wants me to bill for a staple removal kit. I cant find no code for this, would it be okay to use the A4550?

Assuming your physician did not perform the closure, you could bill a low level E/M (depending on your documentation). Depending on your carrier and their policy, you could bill S0630.
