Wiki stark law

Hello,

I have recently taken a position as a manager in a Skin Care Center. The contract that was given to us speaks of a "Stark Law".

Can anyone give me some information on what this law consists of?

The Stark Law applies to physicians who refer Medicare and Medicaid patients for specific services to entities with which they or an immediate family member have a financial relationship/gain. Below are two sites that provide some really good information on this.
