I have just purchased my ICD 10 coding book which i plan to self study. I don't know where to begin. Any suggestions are very helpful.
I can't afford any classes or other text and have a huge student loan from 3 years of medical coding & billing.
Help please.

Theres some free stuff on the CMS webinar website, and also Boston scientific had some free ICD-10 training.
