HI all
We are a Medical Oncology office just receiving our Lab permit, we have an automated CBC machine and we perform STAT CBC to administer chemo, I found a few codes (S3600 and 99199) that seem to represent the STAT coding, can these codes be billed with 85025 CBC code? I see them as eligible on quite a few local payer physician office fee schedules and I'm sure our CLIA number needs to be included but wasn't sure what other info they would need? tyty
