Hello, does anyone clearly understand how the J8 status indicator pays the implant cost. For example, CPT code 22612 allows $7,843.67 Nationally, the J8 recommended increase is $5,459.54. Our actual implant cost is $22,000.00. How would Medicare reimburse this in an ASC, and how do we let them know our cost?

Thank you
