Status of ETT tube?

Findings/impression:Endotracheal tube terminates approximately 3 cm
above the carina. Nasogastric tube courses into the left upper
abdominal quadrant. Right IJ catheter terminates near the caval
atrial junction. Negative for pneumothorax. There is left basilar
volume loss with a small ipsilateral pleural effusion. Cardiac
silhouette stable in size. Hemodynamic status stable.
