Wiki statute of limitations on recoup?

Does anyone know where I can get an updated copy of the time frame an insurance company has on recouping payment? The only thing I have found is from 2007 and I want to be sure I have the most recent information. It is for the state of Alabama. Thanks in advance

Check the fair business practices act. I have always followed that insurance companies have as long to recoup payment as we do to file a claim.
