Does anyone have any advice as to whether you would considier it correct to break the CCI edits bundling for either an IM Inj. of pain medication done at the same session as either a stent removal, or a bladder instillation for the treatment of IC?

52310 and 96372

What about billing 96372 in addition to 52310 under this circumstance?

"PLAN:
currently, the patient was advised that taking the stent out can cause significant ureteral spasm in addition to what he is already experiencing. Therefore, he will be given an injection of Toradol to help circumvent this. He was advised to utilize a hot tub bath or heating pad and antispasmodics should he experience significant discomfort. The findings during surgery were discussed with the patient, and he understands that there was no stone present and this indicated evidence of stone passage prior to surgery. He is to followup on an as-needed basis."
