Wiki stent removal before endarterectomy

I have an op report where the physician removes a stent that had been placed some time ago from the profunda femoral artery just prior to performing a deep profunda endarterectomy. Is this stent removal billable? If billable, would you use an unlisted code or just add a 22 modifier to the 35372 endarterectomy? Never sure if these extra things are billable.
