Physician stents the RC (92928), then balloons the RPD and RPL, what codes for the balloons in the branches be? Someone said 92921, but being that is the add on code for 92920 how would that work? Haven't come across this one before.:confused:

One of the branches would go with the stent code, the other would be 92921 because you are doing an additional branch of the RC
