Would anyone no when sterostactic biposy 19125 in a free standing ASC are the clips and needles included in the reimbursement? Our radiologist will purshasing the these supplies.

If not which HCPCS code should we use for the supplies?

Sorry I meant- When using cpt 19295 for the clip placement, can we bill extra for the clips and needles if the radilologist buys the supplies?

If we can charge which hcpcs can we used?
