If a physician performs a stereotactic breast biopsy on the right and left breast (bilateral) during the same visit.......... any suggestions on how to bill this?

The codes we normally bill for this if performed on one breast are 77031, 19103, 19295, 76098.
We are getting denials for billing units on 19295 and 76098.
