Wiki Stereotactic Hypophysectomy

One of our neurosurgeons recently performed a surgery (Stereotactic Hypophysectomy) with an ENT. I'm wondering if anyone else out there has had to code this before. The 61548 is for nonstereotactic. The other code that I looked at is 61751, but it doesn't specify the transsnasal or transseptal approach. Hope someone can help!! Thanks!!
