Anyone getting paid for Cyberknife surgery for liver mets? Trailblazer (our Medicare carrier) had instructed us previously to use the unlisted code for the surgeon's portion (47399), but now we are getting denials saying another physician has already been paid for this service (the radiation oncologist?). Appeals are not working. Is there another code we should use? Not sure that G0339 and G0340 can be used by surgeons.
