If a pt has a tubal logation for requested sterilization what would be a good dx code?

V25.2=This is the principal diagnosis used when a patient comes in to have elective surgery for tubal ligation or vasectomy. It may also be assigned as a secondary diagnosis when a tubal ligation is performed on a woman at the same time as admission for delivery.

What code would you use for the male who comes in requesting voluntary sterilization? V25.2 is for admission. Would you use V65.40? Thanks
