We perform 93351 & 93015 in our office, bill the global code, and normally provide the ording physician and the reading physician on our claims. There is now a question of reporting the "supervision physician" on the claim as well. Does anyone else report this? Is this for hospital place of service only? Thanks Michele
 
I'm not sure I understand what you're asking here. If you're billing the global for codes 93351 & 93015 why would you need to report the 'supervision physician?'
