I am fairly new to Oncology Coding and have a question for anyone who is willing to answer for me.

We had a patient in that had received taxotere, had an allergic reaction after 5 minutes of infusion. The pharmacy will take care of the drug charges, but i'm responsible for the clinic charges. Would I code that as a 96409 since it ran less than 15 minutes or 96413 since it was suppose to run longer. I am thinking the 96409, but want to make sure.
