Hi!
does anyone know how to code a stracttice graft for a breast reconstruction is it 15330? or will it be in the 15430? any help would be appreciated..

I think strattice is a porcine product, therefore it is a xenograft (meaning the graft material is of animal origin), whereas allograft (meaning like species) is of human origin. Look at the codes descriptors and that should tell you which code to choose. And to close the loop , autograft is from one part of a person's body to a different area of the same person's body.
